1smHead cabbage
1/2smOnion
  Caraway seeds
1cSour cream
2tbFlour
  Salt
3mdDill pickles

: Rinse cabbage, remove withered leaves, shred. Chop onion. Slice pickles into rings. Pour a small amount of boiling water over cabbage, add onion and caraway seeds, cook. Combine flour with sour cream, add to cabbage, stir while cooking, add salt. Add pickles and season with pickle juice. Heat well. Serve in salad bowl. _Polish Cookbook_, Zofia Czerny, 1961 & 1975.
